Cheapest limited-time row: Birria Grilled Burrito Dipper at $0.00 (Rewards, 1 count). Confirm it for your store. Best value matches that row until protein grams are on the file.
Limited-time is Beef Birria, back November 4, 2026, through spring 2027, with no published protein price, and one Rewards Grilled Burrito Dipper at $0.00 from November 4 through November 22. The $0.00 needs a purchase and excludes pans, other rewards, and third-party delivery.

What this Moe's page is
Moe's prices on this page are the birria return announced October 28, 2026, not a full Southwest menu. The beef comes back November 4 at participating restaurants and stays through spring 2027. No burrito, bowl, taco, or quesadilla dollar was printed, so that row says prices vary by location. Select Moe Rewards members can get one Grilled Burrito Dipper for $0.00 with any purchase from November 4 through November 22. The $0.00 is the reward, not the everyday protein price.
Read the protein row as the menu item and the dipper row as the reward. The beef is slow-braised with chiles and garlic. Guests put it in the chain's usual formats. The photographs are original shots of a burrito, tacos, and small grilled burritos. They do not use the logo. The tile uses the official Moe's logo. No calorie count was in the release. QSR Magazine repeated the company dates and added a Datassential note that birria is on 3.7 percent of US menus. That percentage is not a Moe's price.

How a Moe's order is priced
Order birria at a participating restaurant starting November 4, 2026, while supplies last. For the free dipper, be a selected Moe Rewards member, make a purchase, and apply the reward at checkout between November 4 and November 22. Add-ons cost extra. Pans, other rewards, and third-party delivery are excluded. A service fee can apply online or in the app. The April dipper launch prices are not this offer.
Why the board changes by city
Moe's Southwest Grill issued the release from Atlanta on October 28, 2026. The protein is the third limited run, and the company said earlier runs grew sales year over year. This time the stay is longer: through spring 2027. Spring is the company's word. No May or June day was printed, so the end line on the item page stays open on purpose.
The free dipper is narrow. It is one 1-count Grilled Burrito Dipper. The purchase can be anything, and taxes and fees do not count as the purchase. Participating locations only. Upcharges apply for add-ons and extras. No substitutions. Single use. The guest has to apply the redeemable at checkout. Small and large dipper pans are excluded. Another offer or reward in the same order knocks it out. Third-party delivery knocks it out. Online, in-app, and some call-in orders can still carry a service fee. That footnote is the whole offer.
An April 21, 2026 story priced dippers starting at $3.99 for one and $6.99 for two. Those words are starting at, from the snack's debut, months before birria came back. This hub does not paste them onto the birria row. A guest who wants the everyday dipper price should read the store screen. A guest who wants the November reward should read the footnote, not the April story.
No calorie count shipped with the announcement. The cells stay blank. A blank cell is not zero. Burrito, bowl, taco, and quesadilla are formats, not four published prices. Loaded toppings can change a ticket, and the release does not price those toppings.
Nationwide in the release means participating restaurants, while supplies last. A sold-out store is not a new national price. The photographs show braised beef and small grilled burritos without the Moe's mark. The tile uses the logo. If a later menu file prints a birria dollar with a date, it can be added. Until then the protein says prices vary by location, and the reward stays $0.00 through November 22.
The beef itself is the part guests recognize from the last two winters. Moe's calls it slow-braised and simmered with chiles and garlic, rich and smoky in the release's own words. The formats are a burrito, a bowl, a taco, a quesadilla, and other menu items. Other is the company's word. This hub does not invent a nacho price or a salad price under that word. Each format can take the chain's usual toppings. Those toppings were not given a birria upcharge in the October 28 release.
Year over year sales growth is the company's reason for a longer stay. The release does not print the percentage. QSR Magazine, writing up the same announcement, adds that Datassential data reported by CNBC put birria on 3.7 percent of US restaurant menus. That is how common the protein is across restaurants, not how many Moe's stores carry it, and not what a bowl costs in Atlanta, where the release is datelined.
The reward window is shorter than the menu window. November 4 through November 22 is 19 days for the free dipper. The protein keeps going into spring. A guest who misses November 22 can still order birria and will pay the store price, which this page does not have. A guest inside the window still needs a purchase. Taxes and fees are excluded from that purchase. One dipper. The 1-count size. Not the pans.
Checkout rules matter as much as the date. The reward has to be applied. Single use means a second order the same day is not a second free dipper under this footnote. Another reward in the cart blocks it. Third-party delivery blocks it. Online and in-app orders can still show a service fee at checkout. The footnote tells the guest to read that screen. This page repeats that instruction because a $0.00 food line is not a $0.00 ticket.
The April dipper story is easy to mix in. On April 21, 2026, Moe's introduced Grilled Burrito Dippers with MD Foodie Boyz and said they started at $6.99 for two and $3.99 for one. Starting at means the floor of that launch, not a birria contract. The proteins in a dipper are a choice. Birria was not the November protein in April. Leaving $3.99 off this hub keeps the two announcements apart.
While supplies last sits on the food, not only on the reward. A participating restaurant can run out before spring. Nationwide does not mean every licensed counter on the first morning. The app or moes.com, with a store selected, is the check. The photographs are original pictures of braised beef in a tortilla, soft tacos, and small grilled burritos. They do not use the logo. The tile does. Calories were not published, so every calorie cell stays blank. A later company menu that prints a birria dollar can replace the open cell, with the date of that menu. Until that file exists, the protein says prices vary by location.
Guests comparing November beef specials will see Chipotle's Smoked Brisket on November 5 with no published protein price, and a leaked Taco Bell window later in the month with no 2026 dollar. Those are different chains. A Moe's bowl is not a Chipotle bowl, and a birria taco is not a Flamin' Hot burrito. The only number this hub will stand behind for November is the $0.00 dipper, and only inside the footnote.
Select members is also narrower than every rewards account. The release says select Moe Rewards members. A member who does not see the reward in the app is outside that selection. Signing up is free in other Moe's offers, but this footnote does not say every new account receives the dipper. Read the account. If the redeemable is there, apply it. If it is not, the protein is still on the menu at the store price.
Spring 2027 is the longest phrase in the announcement and the least precise. It is not March 20 and it is not June 20. This page will not pick a day. When Moe's prints a last day, that day can go in the end field. Until then the availability line carries the company's words and the how-long line stays open because no date was published. Participating locations and while supplies last can end a store's run earlier than spring. That is the whole of what the October 28 release supports.

Moe's menu questions
Where do the Moe's prices come from?
The $0.00 dipper is the October 28, 2026 company footnote. Birria burritos, bowls, tacos, and quesadillas have no published dollar, so that row says prices vary by location.
When is birria back?
November 4, 2026, through spring 2027, at participating restaurants, while supplies last. No last calendar day was printed.
Who gets the free dipper?
Select Moe Rewards members, one 1-count dipper with any purchase, November 4 through November 22, 2026. Apply it at checkout. Add-ons, pans, other rewards, and third-party delivery are out.
Did Moe's publish calories?
No. The release describes the beef and does not print a calorie count. The calorie cell is blank on purpose.
Is $3.99 the birria price?
No. Starting at $3.99 and $6.99 is from the April 2026 dipper launch. The birria release does not repeat those figures.
Why is the rest of the menu missing?
This check filed the birria return. Other Moe's items stay off the hub rather than carrying unsourced dollars.
