What's changing

The Coca-Cola Company and KFC announced a U.S. beverage partnership on October 15, 2026. Coca-Cola products begin rolling out in January 2027. The companies expect those products at U.S. restaurants by spring 2027.

  • The statement says this is the first time Coca-Cola products will be served across all 3,600 KFC restaurants in the U.S.
  • Catherine Tan-Gillespie, president of KFC U.S., and Dagmar Boggs of Coca-Cola North America are quoted in that statement.
  • The statement does not name a cup price, a cup size, or the drinks that will pour.
  • No calorie count was published. The nutrition block stays off this note.

Flagged conflicts

Reuters counted 3,718 U.S. locations. This page keeps the company figure of 3,600.

CNBC reported a memo that expected Coke beverages in every U.S. restaurant by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The joint statement says spring 2027. Both dates are on file. The quick facts use the joint statement.

CNBC also reported that U.S. KFC has poured Pepsi drinks since PepsiCo bought KFC in 1986. That history is not in the Coca-Cola statement.

What other reports added

USA Today, citing The Wall Street Journal, said the current U.S. lineup includes Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Starry, and Aquafina, plus KFC lemonade and iced tea. The Coca-Cola statement does not confirm that list, and it does not say which Coca-Cola brands will replace it.

Reuters reported that financial terms were not disclosed. It also reported that Yum Brands and PepsiCo renewed agreements for Taco Bell and for KFC restaurants outside the U.S. A PepsiCo spokesperson told Reuters the Taco Bell deal is 10 years. This page does not move those restaurants off Pepsi.

How to order

The KFC menu still uses the October 24, 2026 pickup prices for food. The chicken sandwich is a food row, not a drink price. Open the KFC app for the cup at the restaurant you will visit.

The Scary Good deals calendar is a separate October offer. It does not set the 2027 fountain price.
