Free Fast Food Nutrition Calculators (2026): Calories, Macros & Allergens
Free restaurant nutrition calculators for 11 US chains and 3,446 official rows. No sign-up. Add items and the calories, macros, and sodium update in the browser.
Quick facts
- Calculators. 11 chains.
- Rows. 3,446 published servings.
- Cost. Free. No sign-up.
- Price of the food. Prices vary by location.
- Allergens. Filters only where the chain file lists them.
- Checked. .
A fast food calorie calculator answers a smaller question than a nutrition calculator. Calories are one column. Macronutrients are protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Sodium, fiber, sugar, and allergens sit beside them when the chain printed them.
People looking for healthy fast food, low calorie fast food, or high protein fast food usually need the serving, not a score. The tables below use only rows stored on this site. A 0 calorie sauce can be the lowest calorie row. A 30-count of nuggets can be the highest protein row. Both are labeled with the serving from the file.
How to use a restaurant food calorie calculator
Open a chain when you want a restaurant food calorie calculator. Calories are the first total. Protein, carbs, fat, and sodium are on the same screen when that file printed them.
- Pick the chain you are actually ordering from. Recipes are not interchangeable.
- Add each item and a quantity. Quantity means that many of the printed serving, up to nine.
- Read calories, protein, carbs, fat, and sodium. Percent Daily Value uses a 2,000 calorie diet.
- Hide an allergen only on chains whose file lists allergens. The button is the chain's Contains line, not a kitchen guarantee.
- Ignore price. These files do not set the menu board. Prices vary by location.
Free fast food nutrition calculators, with no app to install
This fast food nutrition website is free. A free food calorie calculator here is the same set of pages: pick a chain, add the items, and read the total. There is no account and no sign-up.
There is no fast food nutrition app and no fast food nutrition calculator app in an app store. The pages run in the browser, including on a phone. To keep an icon, add the site to your home screen. On iPhone, use Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, use the browser menu, then Add to Home screen or Install. The icon opens this site. It does not install a separate program, and the order stays in the page link on your device.
Why this is the best fast food nutrition calculator we will publish
Best, on this site, means we will not fill a gap with a guess. These 11 calculators use 3,446 rows from the chains' own US files, with the source and the date on each page. You can add quantities, set a calorie goal, a protein goal, and a sodium goal, see percent Daily Value, sort the rows, and hide an allergen when the file lists one.
It is narrower than directories that estimate custom toppings or mix in other countries. McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, Popeyes, and KFC are absent until a current official US file can be downloaded. That limit is the reason the totals stay tied to a named source.
A fast food nutrition calculator for weight loss
Each chain page has a calorie goal, a protein goal, and a sodium goal. Type the numbers you are using and the total shows the share of each goal. Those boxes do not set a diet, do not promise weight loss, and are not medical advice.
For lower-calorie picks, use the lowest printed row at each chain, then the lowest-calorie row that still lists at least 10 grams of protein. Read the serving. A 0 calorie sauce or zero-sugar drink is not a meal. A high-protein party pack can also be a high-calorie row.
McDonald's calories calculator
This site does not have a McDonald's calories calculator. McDonald's publishes US nutrition on its own calculator, and a current official US nutrition file was not available to download. New Zealand and Canada files are different menus, so their numbers are not used here. No McDonald's calories are invented on MenuLeak.
McDonald's nutrition calculator is the US page to use until a downloadable US file can be checked into this set.
Fast food nutrition calculator for Pakistan
These calculators are US menus. A fast food nutrition calculator for Pakistan needs the Pakistan recipe, and this site does not have those files. Portion sizes, bread, oil, and drinks can differ. Do not treat a US calorie as the item sold in Pakistan. Check the brand's local site or ask the restaurant. No Pakistan numbers are printed here because none were taken from a Pakistan source.

Lowest calorie row in each file
This is the low calorie fast food question answered with the bottom printed row. Sauces, ice, and zero-sugar drinks often win. For a food row, use the next table.

Highest protein row in each file
High protein fast food here means the row with the most protein grams. A large count or a party pack can beat a sandwich because the serving is bigger.

Calories, macronutrients, sodium, and % Daily Value
Calories are the energy on the chain's label. Macronutrients on these pages are protein, carbs, and fat. Sodium is in milligrams. The macro bar on a calculator turns grams into calories with 4, 4, and 9. Percent Daily Value is the share of an FDA Daily Value for a 2,000 calorie diet. It is not a personal prescription.
- Total fat, 78 grams. Saturated fat, 20 grams.
- Sodium, 2,300 milligrams. Cholesterol, 300 milligrams.
- Carbohydrate, 275 grams. Fiber, 28 grams. Protein, 50 grams.
- Total sugars have no Daily Value, so sugar shows grams and no percent.
Allergens
Arby's, Five Guys, Panda Express include allergen names on at least some rows, and those calculators can hide a listed allergen. Every other calculator on this page says the nutrition file did not include allergens. Cross-contact is still possible where a filter exists. MenuLeak does not add milk, wheat, peanut, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, sesame, or tree nut tags that the source left off.
FDA menu labeling
Covered chain restaurants post calories on menus and boards. That calorie is often the standard build. Sauces, milk swaps, and extra portions are easy to miss. These calculators add the rows the chain published so you can total the tray. They are not the FDA database, and they are not medical advice.

Questions people ask
What is a fast food nutrition calculator?
It adds the calories and macronutrients for the items you choose. This page links 11 calculators and 3,446 rows taken from each chain's own U.S. nutrition file. A gram the file did not print is left blank.
What is the lowest calorie fast food row in these files?
Bag of Ice at Chick-fil-A is one of the lowest printed rows, at 0 calories per 28g. Several sauces, add-ins, and zero-sugar drinks are also 0 calories.
- The lowest-calorie table lists the bottom row for every chain.
- A 0 calorie packet is not a meal.
What fast food has the most protein in these files?
30 ct Chick-fil-A® Nuggets at Chick-fil-A is the highest protein row on this site, at 100 grams of protein and 950 calories per 425g. Read the serving. A party box or a 30-count is not a single sandwich.
How do you use a fast food macro calculator?
Open a chain, add each item you will eat, and read protein, carbs, and fat. Protein and carbohydrate grams use 4 calories per gram in the macro split.
- Fat uses 9.
- The split is math on the grams.
- It will not always match the calorie field, because the chain rounded each number on its own.
What does percent Daily Value mean on a 2,000 calorie diet?
The calculators use FDA Daily Values for a 2,000 calorie diet: 78 grams of fat, 20 grams of saturated fat, 2,300 milligrams of sodium, 275 grams of carbohydrate, 28 grams of fiber, 50 grams of protein, and 300 milligrams of cholesterol. Total sugars have no Daily Value. Your own target can differ.
Which calculators have allergen filters?
Arby's, Five Guys, Panda Express print allergens on the rows, so those calculators can hide a listed allergen. The other chains in this set did not include an item-by-item allergen column in the file we used, so they have no allergen filter. A hide button is not a promise about cross-contact in the kitchen.
Are these the official restaurant calculators?
No. MenuLeak is independent. The numbers are copied from the chain files linked in the sources section, with the date each file was read.
- Prices vary by location.
- McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, Popeyes, and KFC are not listed because a current official U.S. download was not available for those calculators.
Does FDA menu labeling cover these restaurants?
Chain restaurants with 20 or more locations have to post calories under the FDA menu labeling rule. These calculators go past the menu-board calorie and show the protein, carbs, fat, sodium, and other nutrients the chain actually published. They do not replace the board at your store.
Is this fast food nutrition calculator free?
Yes. The calculators on this fast food nutrition website are free.
- There is no account, no sign-up, and no payment.
- Prices of the food still vary by location.
Is there a fast food nutrition calculator app?
There is no fast food nutrition calculator app and no fast food nutrition app to install from a store. The pages run in the phone browser. Add the site to your home screen if you want an icon.
Is this a fast food nutrition calculator for weight loss?
You can type a calorie goal, a protein goal, and a sodium goal on each chain page and compare them with the printed rows. That is a tracking aid.
- It is not a diet, a promise of weight loss, or medical advice.
- Start from the lowest-calorie rows that still list protein.
Where is the McDonald's calories calculator?
This site does not have one. A current official US nutrition file was not available to download, so no McDonald's numbers are shown here. Use the McDonald's nutrition calculator on mcdonalds.com for US items.
Does this fast food nutrition calculator cover Pakistan?
No. Every row is from a US menu file. Pakistan menus and recipes can differ, and this page does not invent local calories. Check that brand's Pakistan site or the restaurant.
